Our goal is to provide safe, compassionate and budget friendly care for your pets, in order to help reduce the overpopulation of cats and kittens in Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island.

The Itty Bitty Kitty Committee (IBKC)
There are two types of programs for spay and neuter:
Low cost. This is open to anyone and everyone. This is just a surgery at a reduced price because we operate a high volume model.
Low income. This is an even cheaper option for those who qualify.
